Formal Complaints

A formal complaint about a program on Wairarapa TV is much more serious and must relate to a specific standard in the broadcasting code of practice that you believe we have breached.

As a responsible broadcaster, Wairarapa TV complies with the broadcasting code of practice. If you believe that a standard has been breached you can make a formal complaint either in writing to PO Box 207, Carterton or by filling in the form below.

You will need to state the name of the programme, the date and time it aired, and the specific broadcasting standard that you believe has been breached. Complaints must be made within 20 working days from the date the programme was broadcast. For more information about the complaints process you can go to the BSA’s website, http://www.bsa.govt.nz
